SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Denny Morrison of Fort St. John, B.C., won his third medal this season taking the silver in the 1,000 metres in one minute and 7.39 seconds at Essent ISU World Cup (sprint) in Salt Lake City. The 500-metre and 1,000-metre races will be repeated on Sunday.

Solid start of season for Denny Morrison
With several podium finishes at the first World Cups of the season, Denny Morrison gave a good start to the 2011-2012 season.
