I am a teacher in Saskatchewan and every one of my students in the school chose an Olympian to cheer for during the 2010 Games.  Each student wrote a letter and I sent them all in one package to Christine Nesbitt and requested that she deliver them to the appropriate athlete(s). 

Did you receive a letter from one Susie Hofer from Downie Lake Colony School?  I certainly do hope so as my kids are all anxiously awaiting a return letter.  In the event you did not receive the letter, our return address is:

Congratulations for your victory in heerenven, though not the first place. Still you won. Nice moustache and light beard, keep them up. Win more medals.

Well Done Mr. Morrison. I you took your destiny into your own hands, stepped up and apologized to your team mates for dragging them into your world of personal disappointment and then; you went out and skated for them and for yourself.

The rest all fell into place. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Not everyone comes back from disappointment, skates their heart out and wins. Sometimes, many times, a skater skates their heart out and does not win - but you know that don't you? A hearty well done! 

That Gold medal will be the most important athletic accomplishment of your life because it will symbolized your recovery from the depths of despair - it will forever mark the day you faced all of your demons and spit in their eye. Way to go Denny.

I had the good fortune of sitting next to brother Jay on an Air Canada flight. Your family is lucky to own two such amazing gentlemen.

Hi Denny, Mike and I were sitting with the Klassens on Fri 02 26 10 qtr and semi finals, and the Nesbitts on Sat 02 27 10 for the gold medal rounds, it was heartwarming to watch your personal and professional achievements accelerate.
